Once we receive your returned product and verify that it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

If the product you received is defective or damaged, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate a replacement.
